Jonathan Richards has been a board member of PJC since 2021. A lifelong Brooklynite, Jonathan is passionate about helping those in need throughout various communities in Brooklyn. He has worked in healthcare finance for over 12 years and currently works as Assistant Director of Fiscal Affairs in Corporate Reimbursement for NYC Health & Hospitals. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The George Washington University and a Masters of Health Administration from LIU Brooklyn.

Gloria E. Wilson is a retired health care professional who joined the Paul J. Cooper Center for Human Services (PJC CHS), Board of Directors (BOD), on August 17, 2018. Ms. Wilson has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from New York University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Medical Record Administration from CUNY- Hunter College. She has over 35 years of service in health care institutions from NYC Health and Hospitals facilities and Federally Qualified Community Health Centers. She also serves on the Community Council for Medgar Evers College, Inc. a 501C3 which is the legacy organization of the college founders.

After almost five years of service on PJC’s, BOD, Ms. Wilson was elected as PJC Board of Director’s Secretary. She finds service to the individual people that PJC cares for a humbling and gratifying experience. She uses her professional skills to understand OPWDD’s regulatory standards and contribute to agency compliance through board review and recommendations.
